About The Role
As the
Office/Accounts Manager/Personal Assistant
at AVANTI HEAVY HAULAGE AUST PTY LTD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing high-level administrative support to the management team. This full-time position is based in Albion Park NSW ****.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing all office operations, including overseeing administrative staff, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating facilities management
Providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Handling a variety of confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Identifying opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement streamlined processes
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Xero accounting software is essential. Prepare accounts payable and receivable with Payroll & Super, budgeting reconciliation
Must be willing to travel when required
Extensive experience (5+ years) in an office management/accounts or personal assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant office software such as Xero Accounting and NetSuite
Must be able to process accounts receivable/payable, budgeting EOM reporting, payroll & super
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work
Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
