About the role: This is an exclusive opportunity for a Senior or Experienced Speech Pathologist to make a real impact. Our client is looking for someone with significant experience who can take ownership of their role and be a little more autonomous in decision-making. You will play a key part in shaping the team in clinical and operational support. You will mentor students, support new graduates, and contribute to building a high-performing and innovative speech pathology team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services to clients across multiple funding streams (NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care, private), both in clients’ homes and in the community. Conduct comprehensive assessments, including speech, language, literacy, swallowing, and communication needs. Develop, implement, and review individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals. Prepare detailed reports for clients, families, and funding bodies. Mentor and supervise students and new graduate speech pathologists, supporting their professional development. Take a leading role in refining clinical protocols, templates, and service improvements. Contribute to service growth and business development initiatives, including recruitment and training of new team members. Provide telehealth sessions as required to ensure continuity of care.
