Job Description

The Indigenous Outreach Support Worker provides culturally safe, person-centered support to Aboriginal community members, assisting them to access employment pathways, education, training, health, housing and social services. The role builds trust through outreach, supports goal-setting and case management, and strengthens community connections to improve wellbeing and employment outcomes.
