The Role
You’ll help us find, support, and manage amazing nurses and care staff, becoming a key part of our people-first engine room.
What you’ll do:
- Source candidates across multiple platforms
- Screen applications & conduct warm, engaging phone interviews
- Support onboarding: compliance checks, documents, references
- Keep our systems updated and accurate
- Build genuine candidate relationships and provide aftercare
- Assist the recruitment team with client emails and calls during busy periods
Who You Are
