The Credaros are a fourth generation farming and winemaking family who have called the Margaret River region home for over 100 years.About the RoleWe are seeking someone to oversee all aspects of Credaro Events, including the planning and execution of both internal and external events, as well as the point of contact for Credaro Weddings.As Events manager, who will be responsible (but not limited) to:Providing exceptional customer service to Wedding & Event clients and their guestsDrive sales opportunities for Events and Cellar DoorManage and oversee Events on the day, ensuring flawless execution, directing vendor and supplier logistics, communicating with staff and managing expectationsBuild strong relationships with vendors and suppliersDrive training for all Wedding & Event personnel, including promoting the Credaro Brand StoryThe successful candidate will be someone who:Is highly organisedHas impeccable time management skillsShows critical problem solving skills, particularly under pressureIs a excellent communicatorMost importantly, will be an integral part of our Cellar Door teamExperience working within or knowledge of the wine industry will be highly desirableThis is a Full Time role, Tuesday to Saturday, based on-site at our Yallingup Cellar Door.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 12 months' experience working within the Events indsutryProven Team Leadership experienceValid RSA & Approved Manager CertificateAvailability to work evening events, including weekends, during Wedding Season (October to May) with the odd event outside this period
