Lead Environmental Sustainability Specialist
We are seeking an experienced environmental professional to join our team in Orange, NSW. This is a leadership role that involves shaping the future of water security and infrastructure for regional communities.
In this position, you will lead complex, high-impact projects focused on strategic infrastructure planning, sub-regional water strategies, and securing water resources for generations to come.
* Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related discipline.
* 8+ years of experience in environmental engineering and project management.
* Background in water, wastewater, or sewage engineering (highly desirable).
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
* Relevant industry memberships (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
