Associate / Senior Associate - Health Planner

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate – Health Planner to join a top-tier Perth team, leading the design and planning of complex health and science projects. This role offers the opportunity to influence operationally efficient, sustainable, and purpose‑driven healthcare facilities while collaborating with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and health specialists. The ideal candidate brings strong Revit and dRofus proficiency, extensive health project experience, and a commitment to design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver architectural design and documentation for complex health and science projects
* Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to develop and refine project briefs
* Lead design intent and ensure consistency across all project stages
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and health consultants to achieve purpose‑driven outcomes
* Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and operational improvements
Skills & Experience
* 8+ years post‑graduate experience in health facility planning
* Demonstrated expertise in health and hospital projects, focusing on best‑practice standards
* Proficient in Revit and dRofus for design coordination and documentation
* Strong design communication skills, capable of conveying concepts visually and technically
* Ability to manage complex projects, maintain client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams
