About The Role
The ideal candidate will be the imperative link between our customers and our field technicians.
This role requires a strong mix of skills including communication – you will love to be on the phone 75% of your workday, be able to listen and follow instructions. You will be responsible for providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, whilst allocating and scheduling our field service technicians' jobs according to location and their experience. Training will be provided; however, this role requires someone who can pick things up quickly and hit the ground running with little supervision.
Desired Criteria
* Strong communicator
* Loves being on the phone
* Experience with scheduling work or scheduling work of others by geo location, experience etc
* Able to learn quickly and hit the ground running
* Proficient in using emails as a secondary means of communication, not the first
* Able to follow instructions and retain information to increase efficiency
* Proven track record of building rapport with customers and teams
* Demonstrated experience using different scheduling software (uptick experience desired)
* Kind and personable approach
* Can take charge and lead this function day to day
* Can work autonomously and is motivated to finish all tasks for the day/week
