Junior School Learning Support Aide
This role offers in-class and small-group support for students in Kindergarten to Year 4, particularly those with disabilities or additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing learning adjustments and Individual Plans (IPs)
* Assisting students with literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development
* Working one-on-one or in small groups with students under teacher guidance
* Supporting classroom routines, supervision, and general administration
* Collaborating with staff and attending professional learning where required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience supporting the learning and wellbeing of primary-aged students, including those with disabilities or additional needs
* Ability to implement learning adjustments and Individual Plans (IPs) under the guidance of teaching staff
* Demonstrated strength in the following behavioural competencies:

o Planning & Organising – manages time and tasks efficiently
o Adapting & Responding to Change – remains flexible and calm in changing situations
* A personal commitment to Jesus Christ, active participation in a local Christian church, and support for the College's Statement of Faith
* Knowledge of child safety obligations in schools, including mandatory reporting and safe practices with children and families
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
