About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration & Marketing Support professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Newstead, Brisbane.
This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of the business, providing administrative, marketing, and compliance support to the broader team. You will work closely with agents and leadership to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered efficiently, agency documentation is accurately maintained, and internal processes run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include supporting property marketing campaigns, preparing and managing compliance documentation, coordinating with external suppliers, and assisting with client and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills to maintain operational efficiency and a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting property marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution
* Preparing and maintaining agency and compliance documentation
* Coordinating with photographers, sign companies, marketing suppliers, and other external stakeholders
* Assisting with client and stakeholder communications
* Providing general administrative and operational support to the team

Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a real estate, property, or professional services environment (commercial real estate ideal but not mandatory)
* Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
