Job Summary
The Project Lead will be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale external projects for Enterprise and Government customers, specializing in IP Data and Telephony solutions. This role serves as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high customer satisfaction while managing scope, schedules, resources, and commercial obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Define required skill sets and competencies for projects based on specifications and business requirements.
* Determine and manage project resource requirements, including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large enterprise and government projects.
* Act as the primary client interface, managing communications, expectations, and change requests.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and deepen client engagement.
* Ensure timely acceptance of project deliverables by customers, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
* Engage internal and client resources to ensure successful delivery of all project requirements.
* Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks to meet agreed timelines. Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues when required.
Technical & Delivery Responsibilities
* Lead implementation of IP Data and Telephony solutions for enterprise-scale environments.
* Ensure solution requirements related to availability, stability, and functionality are met.
* Support smooth transition to Test and Production environments with minimal post-implementation issues.
* Coordinate testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Ensure appropriate depth of testing across all system components.
* Work closely with engineering, testing, and delivery teams to ensure solution quality.
