They have some pretty big growth plans in 2026 and thats why they are now looking for an expereinced Site Supervisor that can support this growth and move with them into the next phase of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a minimum of 4/5 quality homes.
Their homes range in value from $5m+ across a mix of low and high set homes. The workbook currently consists of purely custom homes. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team that all share the same passion.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry
- QBCC Building license is essential
- Working with both low and high set homes
- Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management
- A mindset and work ethic that cares about finer details, with proven expereince working with high quality products
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Reporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the market
- Salary will be $120k + Super + Car + Phone + Fuel card. The salary can vary depending on experience
