Manager – Workers Compensation & Injury Management

Base pay range: A$135,000.00/yr – A$140,000.00/yr
Location: State offices across VIC, NSW, TAS (remote options available)
Salary Packaging: Access up to $15,900 tax‑free!
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
* Lead and coach a skilled team
* Manage a portfolio of complex claims and ensure compliance across multiple states
* Develop strategies to reduce premiums and improve organisational outcomes
* Collaborate with senior leaders, insurers, legal advisors and the broader WHS team
* Provide insights and reporting to guide decision‑making at the highest level
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years experience in workers’ compensation claims management
* Strong knowledge of RTW planning and compliance
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Tertiary qualification in Health/RTW (Business Management a plus)
* Passion for making a real difference in people’s lives
