Role Overview
As a Territory Manager – Biopsy & Urology Critical Care, you'll take ownership of the South Australia & Northern Territory region, working across hospitals to drive adoption of BD's biopsy and critical care solutions. You'll engage closely with clinicians and decision‐makers in complex clinical environments, building relationships that translate into sustainable growth and strong territory performance.
Your Day‐to‐Day
* Drive adoption of BD's Biopsy and Urology Critical Care portfolio across South Australia hospitals.
* Build strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, medical imaging departments and procurement teams.
* Deliver clinical product presentations, demonstrations and in‐service education.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert them into outcomes.
* Execute territory and account plans aligned to sales targets.
* Support tender and contract opportunities where required.
* Track competitor activity and provide market insights to internal teams.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to maximise territory performance.
About You
* Motivated, resilient and confident in front of healthcare professionals.
* Proven success in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales.
* Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving targets.
* Confidence engaging clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
* Willingness to travel across South Australia.
* Tertiary qualification in Science, Medical, Pharmacy or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
* Medical device experience is advantageous, but not essential; development and support will be provided.
