As part of the Tony White Group, our Coffs Harbour Toyota dealership has an outstanding opportunity for a vibrant and outgoing Service Receptionistto join our team.
Our Service Department is a busy, professional environment with a constant flow of Guests seeking your help and guidance. Our goal is to provide them with a superior service experience, promptly attending to their requirements in an efficient and courteous manner.
THE SUCCESSFULL CANDIDATE:
* Happy and Bubbly personality
* Customer service experience preferred
* Excellent phone manor
* Competent computer skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Answer and direct all incoming calls in the Service department
* Service bookings and follow ups
* Process and confirm online bookings
* Service administration and clerical duties as required
* Sales based calling using CRM system
