Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Western Sydney. As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you – this role offers a unique prospect for variety and autonomy over your working day.
Responsibilities
* Attend various locations, predominantly within Paramatta and a proportion of work across NSW.
* Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
* Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties.
* Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E).
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
* Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid attention to detail and are self‐motivated to meet deadlines.
* If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
