Job description
Disability support workers at Care Provisions Australia are required to help aged and or individuals with a disability with a range of daily tasks. These include personal hygiene facilitation, mobility support, shopping tasks, food preparation, housework tasks, community access and the coordination of social events. The provision of company and friendship is an important part of this job role, as is emotional support. Disability support workers visit participants regularly in their place of residence.
A support worker role with Care Provisions will provide you with on the job training and development opportunities, flexibility in working hours. You will join a team of other caring support workers with ability to mentor and guide you.

Qualifications
* A strong background in disabilities/Mental Health (Essential)
* Experience working with Autistic participants (Essential)
* NDIS orientation module or willing to complete
* Cert 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care
* Working with Children check
* NDIS worker screening check
* Police check
* Cert 3 or 4 in Disability support or equivalent Ideal and preferred
* Drivers license and your own reliable and vehicle. Car insurance is mandatory
* Current First Aid Certificate.
