Currently, we are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst(Guidewire)" to work on significant projects for our esteemed client.

* Across Australia / New Zealand
Responsibilities
* Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
* 5 years of experience as a Guidewire Policy center/ClaimCenter BA.
* Experience with Commercial lines of business
* Experience with working in an on / offshore model.
* Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
* Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
* Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
* Work with the Architects/Tech leads to document technical stories in Jira that are required to achieve the overall scope of the project.
* Facilitate technical discussions with internal and external teams (If requested)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
* Prepare in-depth cause and effect analyses of risks
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define business concepts, and understand data requirements
* Support the day-to-day needs by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational needs to achieve strategic objectives
* Experienced in running requirement workshops, brainstorming, discovery, and training sessions
* Ability to plan and monitor the requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation process Promote the best practice use of Agile techniques
