We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in Melbourne Airport. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
* Building customer rapport and repeat business
* Daily branch duties
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Retail or Customer Service is essential
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with customers
* A flair for sales and the ability to promote services whilst working towards targets
* Self-motivation, an energetic attitude, and the ability to adhere to procedures
* The ability to work under pressure
* Availability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends
