People and Culture is dedicated to fulfilling the Australian National University's vision of becoming one of the world's great universities through collaborative and customer-focused service.The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in an employee experience, working within a team to deliver high quality recruitment administration support.
Key tasks include inbox management, preparation of employment offer letters and data entry into HRMS in a high volume environment.The successful candidate will have experience in a customer focused setting, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
