The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow COSOL's enterprise client relationships across the Resources sector on the East Coast of Australia.
This is a commercially focused, relationship-led role - not a transactional sales position. You'll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, responsible for retention, expansion and long-term account health. You'll combine deep enterprise systems credibility with genuine commercial acumen to identify opportunities, lead pursuits and ensure COSOL continues to deliver measurable value to the clients who rely on us.

What You'll Do Revenue Ownership & Commercial Performance
* Own enterprise systems revenue targets across your client portfolio, with full accountability for performance and forecasting
* Partner with Finance to ensure pipeline is healthy, forecastable and margin-aligned
* Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity roadmaps and revenue forecasts
Strategic Account Management
* Build and manage trusted relationships with executive, operational and technical stakeholders across your portfolio
* Act as a genuine trusted advisor — understanding each client's enterprise environment, business priorities and systems landscape
* Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion, cross-COSOL offerings and long-term partnerships
Presales, Solutioning & Pursuit Leadership
* Lead and contribute to strategic pursuits and enterprise system opportunities
* Develop win strategies, value propositions and commercially compelling proposals
* Collaborate with Solution Architects, Practice Leaders and Delivery teams to translate complex solutions into clear business outcomes
* Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract structures and ROI articulation
* Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations with confidence
* Ensure all opportunities are commercially sound and aligned to COSOL's delivery capability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as the voice of the customer internally — ensuring client insights shape solution design and continuous improvement
* Coordinate across Finance, Delivery, Marketing and Executive Leadership to drive client outcomes
* Represent COSOL in client governance forums, QBRs and industry engagements
Reporting & Governance
* Maintain transparent reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health and account risks
* Uphold COSOL's governance frameworks, commercial discipline and ethical standards
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in account management, business development or pursuit leadership within enterprise systems, digital or technology-enabled services
* Strong background in consulting, advisory or enterprise solution sales
* Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at executive level
* Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, outcomes-focused mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in asset-intensive or regulated industries (Resources, Energy, Utilities or similar)
* Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, EAM or asset information systems (e.g. SAP, IBM Maximo)
* Degree qualified in business, technology or a related discipline
