As a key contributor to our Oceania team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with accommodation partners.
Job Description
You will facilitate the onboarding process for potential partners, introduce them to our services, and ensure they have a seamless experience with us.
* Develop strong relationships with partners by providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities.
* Perform in-market research, provide insights, and conduct performance review meetings with key stakeholders in your assigned market.
* Review partner productivity performance and implement actions to ensure optimal portfolio management.
* Accurately and promptly resolve partner issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry.
* Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various stakeholders at different levels.
* Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn the trust of others to achieve reciprocal outcomes.
* Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and focus on achieving critical targets and deadlines with accuracy.
