About the role.
Be part of a dynamic 6-month contract role starting immediately, managing a national contractor panel, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and delivering excellent service to stakeholders. This hands-on role combines contract administration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, offering exposure to government processes and the chance to make a tangible impact on operations.

Your key responsibilities.
Our client is looking for a dedicated who can undertake the following key responsibilities:
* Support and monitor a national panel of maintenance contractors to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
* Provide contract administration, including processing contractor requests, escalations, and documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contractor queries and complaints efficiently.
* Assist with reporting, data analysis, and identifying trends to inform decision-making and process improvements.
* Ensure contractors meet insurance, WHS, and other compliance requirements in partnership with relevant teams.
* Participate in tendering and contractor engagement activities, including gap-filling and marketing tasks.
* Deliver a high level of customer service, providing timely advice and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

* Experience in contract administration and contractor management.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
* Knowledge of compliance, insurance, and WHS requirements.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience providing high-quality customer service in a professional setting.
* Must have a baseline security clearance.
