What will you do?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer – Women's Specialty (Petites, Curve, and Maternity) to join our apparel team. As the Buyer, you will be responsible for building and trading a department range/business group that delivers the strategy, vision, and financial KPI's. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to build assortment plans to drive sales and profitability, in line with Target's values.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or Retail with at least 4 years' experience in Buying / Design / Product Development in a large-scale fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrated ability to lead a supplier and sourcing strategy is essential, as is experience in implementing merchandise strategy and trading business within season along with solid understanding of the total retail landscape and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in digital/online buying as Target accelerates our digital strategy would be highly advantageous.
