About the Role...
We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide and support our team while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload in your preferred clinical area .
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist ready to step into a leadership role — balancing hands-on care with people and operational management.
Key Responsibilities include: Lead, mentor, and support a team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
Assist the Operations Manager oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and excellent patient experiences Collaborate with directors on business growth, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives.
Facilitate regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Maintain a small, active clinical caseload (approximately *****%).
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
