As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Contract Manager to manage and deliver facilities management contracts across multiple locations in the South Pacific. The role will be instrumental in building a high-performance culture that can make a difference in the industry and for our customers.
The role involves managing the end-to-end contract with support teams in each South Pacific location. Working in partnership with the client, the role will have oversight of subcontractor management (including trades subcontracted and some in-house technicians), coordinators, and collaboration with our national support team to ensure we meet our promises, profitability, and contract performance. Key deliverables include Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Minor Capital Works, with all Contract KPIs to be exceeded. Supporting local industry and developing our local team members in the South Pacific will also be priorities.
This position offers significant growth and career opportunities as we embark on our new journey to make a difference in the FM space. The role will require travel into the South Pacific to engage with customers, clients, and team members. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential. Reporting to our COO, the role will be a trusted confidant and a critical part of our expanding business.
