Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a talented leader to manage and develop our early learning centre, guiding the next generation of educators. As Centre Director, you will work closely with our leadership team to support and develop teachers and educators in your centre.
About Our Centre
Our welcoming centre caters for up to 75 children across our Nursery, Toddler, and Preschool rooms. We are located in a convenient residential area, close to schools, shops, and local facilities.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement our bespoke learning program, collaborating with global leaders in pedagogical practice
* Build and lead a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
* Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, driving business growth and revenue generation

Requirements
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
* Proven experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
* Commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management skills
