About the Opportunity
As a Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide safe, reliable and professional transport for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. This role is highly customer-focused and suited to someone friendly, punctual and safety-conscious. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
* Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the team's success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
* Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
* Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
* Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
* Provide frontline customer service
* Ensure the showrooms and customer facilities are clean and well presented
* Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties
About You
Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
* Current and valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
* Proven safe driving history and strong road awareness
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Friendly, professional and well-presented
* Reliable, punctual and well organised
* Domestic or commercial cleaning experience
* Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checks
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
