We are seeking an experienced Residential Services Leader to join our team at Yackandandah Health. This is a key leadership role that requires effective operational management and leadership skills to ensure high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
About the Role
The Residential Service Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including care governance, financial management, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration. They will lead and inspire their team to deliver outstanding resident experiences, engage residents and help them live their best lives, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
- People management and leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
