Surveillance Operator Job Description
As a Surveillance Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational security and fortifying asset protection for our property. Our team is comprised of detail-oriented individuals who are eager to progress their career in Surveillance.
This role involves recording, investigating, and reporting concerns relating to casino revenue, patron and employee safety, illegal/undesirable activities, and the integrity of gaming operations. You will demonstrate an understanding of Federal and State legislation relating to the Office of Liquor and Gaming and Casino regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional observation skills and attention to detail, with experience in casino table games or gaming surveillance. Additionally, they will be proficient in mathematical, analytical, and computer skills, including the Microsoft suite.

Requirements
* Hold a current Queensland Casino Employee or Key Employee Licence
* Have current or previous casino table games experience (3 major games) and/or gaming surveillance experience
* Demonstrate the ability to work in an environment that routinely requires extended spans of dedicated concentration
* Be proficient in mathematical, analytical, and computer skills, including the Microsoft suite
