Job Description
We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering organisational development initiatives that support our goals.
This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact on employee experience and workforce development. You will work closely with our Manager to assist in the design and implementation of training programs that promote an engaged, collaborative and high-performing workforce.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, as well as experience managing a Learning Management System. Strong reporting and analytical skills are also essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to follow and maintain accurate processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Attention to detail and ability to follow and maintain accurate processes
* A positive, proactive approach and a passion for supporting team member growth and development
* 1-3 years in a similar position within a medium to large organisation
* A tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable
