As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Retail Services Consultant to join our Administration team on a full-time basis and help shape a culture that supports our people, our members and our franchisees to thrive.
Located in Osborne Park, the office is accessible to public transport, is within walking distance of parks, cafes, and onsite parking is available.
About the Role
The Retail Services Consultant is a key liaison between the Pharmacy 777 Group, suppliers, and our franchise network.
This role supports the development and implementation of effective retail services, retail health strategies and ensures compliance, brand consistency, and high-level stakeholder engagement across the 777 network.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Onboarding
Manage onboarding/offboarding of franchisees and retail team operations
Ensure brand consistency and 'retail health' across stores
Oversee category layout, signage, stock dispatch and supplier notifications
Category & Supplier Management
Lead group category planning, ranging and merchandising strategies
Manage supplier relationships, trading terms and agreements
Drive strategic alliances and oversee seasonal and promotional cycles
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness
Oversee rebate coordination, wholesaler compliance and reporting analytics
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong supplier and franchisee relationships
Support franchise growth through product acquisition and strategic partnerships
Provide supplier resource lists and ensure deliverables are met
Work collaboratively with the Commercial Team to align supplier contracts with strategic goals
Compliance & Reporting
Lead compliance reporting across supplier agreements, contracts and rebates
Manage leakage tracking, pricing compliance and wholesale agreements
Ensure training and education for store-level teams in retail operations
Pricing & Franchisee Support
Support development of group pricing strategy including private scripts and Known Value Items (KVI)
Manage pricing inquiries, complaints, and compliance
Support and improve national franchisee retail service offerings
Liaise with the Pharmacy Development Team for store-level compliance
Health Focus Calendar (HFC)
Manage the Retail Services deliverables to the HFC
Ensure alignment with broader group strategic objectives
About You
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering retail excellence in a healthcare setting.
Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities, supplier relationships and contribute to the growth and compliance of a national retail network will be key to your success.
You will also bring:
Experience in retail or pharmacy category management, buying, or merchandising
Strong negotiation, communication and project management skills
Ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders
High-level analytical and problem-solving capability
Familiarity with retail systems, pricing strategy and compliance reporting
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
