What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for all customer queries, feedback, and complaints
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required
* Provide calm, professional service in a fast-paced retail environment
* Complete administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
* Use computer systems to log queries and support centre operations
* Maintain OH&S standards and follow public liability incident management processes
