Our client is looking for a motivated & professional Receptionist to join their team located in Marcoola. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all reception and administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively. This is a temporary contract working 5 days per week, business hours Monday to Friday 8.00-4.00pm.
**Your new role**
The key objective of the position is to provide strong customer service, both in person and via the telephone. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Inbox management, handling general enquiries
- Data entry and providing general administration support to the office
- General housekeeping of the front office, kitchen and meeting rooms
- Ordering consumables and stationery for the office
- Minor event management
- Providing administration support to the Training Coordinator
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have exceptional computer literacy, with proficient experience with Microsoft Office packages. You will show loyalty and a high level of confidentiality, are able to show initiative, have a meticulous, thorough nature and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Your skills and experience will help define this organisation.
