All about the role:

This agent support consultant will service our agents and assist with administration tasks to ensure they are providing the best service possible to our clients.

From ensuring brochures are distributed in a timely manner to maintaining a positive response rate to Customer Relations cases they will be the glue between Operations and Sales.

As the new Agent Support Consultant, you will:

* Manage Agent Support Inbox: Monitor and respond to all agent queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high standard of service and resolution.
* System Assistance: Oversee the full onboarding process for new agencies, ensuring all necessary information is captured and systems are updated accordingly.
* Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers, supporting both pre- and post-travel issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Response Rate Management: Ensure a high response rate is maintained across all platforms, promptly addressing queries, issues, and requests.
* Brochure Distribution: Coordinate and manage the distribution of brochures while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
* Administration & Projects: Provide administrative support across various internal projects, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
* CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date agent profiles and records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
* Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to arrange training for consultants on destination products, ensuring they are well-informed to assist agents.
* Incentives and Prizes: Maintain tracking system for agent incentives, awarding vouchers where required.

All about you:

In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

* High school certificate, degree or diploma in travel and tourism is an advantage
* Excellent people and problem-solving skills with a passion for Customer Service
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task efficiently
* Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Extraordinary time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to resolve the clients' issues promptly
* Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
