Phillip Riley are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in NSW

We are actively recruiting across the following specialisations.

Banking, Finance and Accounting, Digital, Sales, and Marketing, Technologies, HR, Construction, Property and Engineering and Education.

Main Responsibilities:
**Full responsibility on the recruitment process**
- Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent.
- Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation
- Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances

About you:

- To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas.
- You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients.
- You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships.
- You area high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
