What is the Role?
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to join our Canberra Store. In this role, you’ll drive sales, lead a high-energy team, and create a memorable customer experience. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on a growing brand and lead by example in a thriving retail environment.

The role of a Store Manager at Early Settler:
* Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance
* Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure KPI achievement
* Ensures a customer-centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experience
* Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results
* Focuses on commercial results and ensures their team understands store performance

* Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Skills and Experiences:
What would make you stand out from the crowd:
* 5+ years of retail management experience
* A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
* A collaborative and approachable leadership style
* Experience leading and coaching teams
* Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret reports, and create efficient rosters
* Excellent organizational and delegation skills
* Interest in home-styling, furniture, or creating welcoming living spaces is a plus!
* Strong work ethic, commitment to adding value, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
* Physical fitness to move furniture is essential
