Residential Property Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Residential Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio of properties with great internal systems and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of a 110-property portfolio, ensuring timely and clear reporting to landlords.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners through effective communication and conflict resolution.
* Carry out routine, entry, and exit inspections, with thorough documentation and follow-up on necessary repairs.
* Organize and oversee property maintenance, liaising with trusted contractors and ensuring timely resolution.
* Stay up-to-date on WA tenancy legislation and ensure full legal compliance in property management.
* Collaborate as part of a high-performing team where ideas and input are genuinely valued.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential property management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrated understanding of WA tenancy laws and rental regulations.
* Strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
* A customer-first mindset and attention to detail in all aspects of property management.
* Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Current WA Real Estate Registration (Property Management).
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle or company car option.
