About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolworths and bring to life everyday what we are famous for – our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members perform a variety of tasks, from stocking shelves and displaying fresh Fruit & Veg to picking orders for online customers and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave the store with their shopping.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolworths.
* Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone, including identifying and reporting hazards.
* Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to the products they are looking for during their shopping journey.
* Keep shelves fully stocked and tidy to facilitate a fast and easy shopping experience.
* Shop online customers' orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
