Job Description THE OPPORTUNITY
* As an Investment Analyst (IA), you will play a vital role as a core member of a collaborative client team, typically working alongside 3-4 colleagues to deliver high-quality investment insights and operational support to our clients. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, combining analytical work with hands‐on operational tasks, providing a well‐rounded experience in the investment management field.
* Your day‐to‐day work will include producing materials for clients in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. It will include gathering and analysing historical asset allocation, spending, and performance data; evaluating financial histories; and reviewing investment managers' portfolios. You will also contribute to writing investment memos, preparing exhibits and presentation materials, and responding to client questions and requests. In addition, you will support performance reporting reconciliation, attribution analysis, and investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
* We are looking for individuals who are detail‐oriented, curious about investment markets, and eager to contribute to a high‐performing, supportive team. You will have the opportunity to develop both your analytical and operational skills, working closely with colleagues who value diverse perspectives and mutual support. It is a small and cohesive team so everyone is expected to contribute at a high‐level.
* Each IA typically supports six to ten clients and manages multiple projects simultaneously. You will have autonomy in organising your schedule and setting priorities to meet deadlines, while benefiting from a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration. The role involves both quantitative and qualitative analysis, as you will help describe market conditions and communicate investment recommendations in clear, accessible written reports. Given the dynamic nature of our work and the sophistication of our clients, we seek self‐motivated professionals who are committed to maintaining high standards and who thrive in a flexible, fast‐paced environment.

* Enjoys working in a small, close‐knit team
* Brings a positive, can‐do attitude to work each day
* Motivated to take ownership of tasks and see them through
* Strong problem‐solving abilities
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree (any major) with a record of high academic achievement (credit average or above)
* Individuals with 0‐3 years of work experience are encouraged to apply
* Must be eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship (Candidates currently based in New Zealand who are willing to relocate to Sydney are also welcome to apply)
