Job Title: Senior Executive Coordinator
An accomplished and experienced coordinator is required to support senior executives in property development or real estate by managing high-volume diaries, coordinating travel, and providing administrative assistance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives
* Schedule and manage residential sales projects
* Maintain accurate filing systems and provide organized information when needed
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proactive in managing competing priorities, and possess exceptional communication skills. They will work closely with senior executives to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
Prior experience in a similar role within property development or real estate would be advantageous but not essential as full training can be provided.
