The Opportunity
This is a full-time, permanent role for a junior mechanical engineer who’s ready to get hands-on with real products, real problems, and real outcomes.
You’ll join our tight-knit engineering team based at our Salisbury (Brisbane) facility – the same site where we design, manufacture, test, and ship high-performance piping systems used by tier-1 miners and EPCMs around the world. You’ll be learning fast, making an impact, and developing real capability across design, engineering, and manufacturing.
We’re looking for attitude, curiosity, and tenacity – not a polished CV. If you’ve got 0–5 years of experience, enjoy designing and making things, and want to build a serious engineering skill set, this could be the perfect next step.
The Role
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working across:
2D/3D CAD
Pre-production engineering: BOMs, drawings, work instructions
QA, estimating, and project support
Continuous improvement and shopfloor problem-solving
Design reviews, site support, and investigations
You’ll get exposure across the full product lifecycle and have multiple career development pathways – including design, manufacturing engineering, estimating, quality, or projects.
What You Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or close to finishing)
0–5 years of engineering experience
Exposure to CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Interest in manufacturing, products, and process improvement
Tenacity, curiosity, and the drive to own your work
International graduates and visa candidates encouraged to apply
Why Join Us?
Hands-on experience – Design, engineering, and manufacturing are under one roof, so you’ll see your work in action and quickly build real-world understanding
Work that matters – Your contributions will go into high-performance products used by tier-1 miners and global customers
️ Learn fast – Join a high-performing team where you’ll gain practical skills across design, manufacturing, estimating, QA, and project engineering
Growth pathways – Structured career development with multiple options based on your strengths and interests
Supportive team – Be part of a tight-knit engineering and manufacturing group that values curiosity, grit, and follow-through. We’re practical, driven, and committed to building the best-engineered products in the world – and we work as a team to make it happen.
Real engineering, not just CAD – Get involved in solving real problems, improving real processes, and delivering real outcomes
