Ballina Beach Nature Resort is hiring a Casual/Temporary Front Desk Receptionist role in South Ballina, NSW.

Job Summary: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required As a Holiday Resort Receptionist, you will manage daily operations at the reception desk and general store, including basic food service such as hot chips and barista coffee.
Your responsibilities include guest check-ins and check-outs, booking management, and general administration.
You will handle face-to-face customer inquiries, phone inquiries, and bookings, provide information about the park and local area, and ensure a positive guest experience.
We are looking for someone flexible and a great all-rounder!
Hours are casual, typically between 8:30 am and 8 pm, with weekend availability required.
Customer Service and Guest Relations: Meet and greet guests professionally and warmly Assist with check-in and check-out, manage the RMS reservation system, and process payments Handle inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, take reservations, and promote resort attractions and local area, including upselling Respond empathetically to guest concerns and resolve issues Maintain reception area, paperwork, and basic admin duties Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality Other Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations with other park departments, including housekeeping and general communication Maintain stock levels for the general store and report low stock to managers Cook and serve basic fried foods using a deep fryer Prepare and serve barista coffee Additional hours may be available in housekeeping or food and beverage roles.
RSA certification is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience is preferred.
