* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with a wide range of financing and restructuring matters;
* Support senior practitioners on corporate and property finance transactions;
* Draft and prepare legal documents;
* Conduct research and contribute to complex commercial files;
* Attend client meetings and gain early exposure to advisory work;
* Work collaboratively with teams across commercial, property, litigation, and tax.
* Key Qualifications:
* Completed a law degree with strong academic performance (distinction and above);
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong analytical and research abilities;
* High attention to detail;
* Genuine interest in commercial, finance, or restructuring law;
* Commercial awareness and sound judgment;
* Ability to work both independently and in a team;
* A proactive, motivated, and professional approach.
