Key Responsibilities
Lead a large IAM team delivering the solution via DevSecOps delivery approach
Lead theinstallation, integration, and deploymentof SailPoint IdentityNow in client environments
Collaborate with clients onuser testing, debugging, and supportpost-implementation
Design and implementcomplex identity use cases, including provisioning, access certification, and lifecycle management
UtilizeIDN search APIs and web servicesfor custom integrations
Providetechnical leadershipduring pre-sales activities, including demos and RFP creation
Partner with project managers onscope, schedule, and documentation
Maintain and monitor the SailPoint IDN solution and
Continuous improvements around the IAM Platform specifically around monitoring / observability
Lead and support resolution of Major / Critical incidents (P1 / P2) around the IAM platform (Sailpoint IdentityNow)
