Job Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and highly skilled support workers who are experienced in providing complex health care supports, positive behaviour support, medication administration and personal care.
This includes working with clients with behaviours and facilitating client goal achievement through meaningful activities. Maintaining thorough record keeping, building positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues, and advocating for client choice and control are also essential aspects of this role.
* A Certificate III Individual Support is required, as well as an ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework and approved restrictive practices.
* Complex health care support including medication administration is also necessary.
We require an unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
About the Role
This role will involve working with people with disability in Western Australia across Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings, which may include working weekends and sleep over shifts, as well as committing to work shifts over national holiday periods.
The successful applicant will be part of a team that provides active support to people with disability, empowering them to live life the way they choose.
