About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding service across all areas. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
* Leading, training, and rostering FOH staff
* Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues professionally
* Overseeing bar operations, including cocktails and beverage service
* Supporting coffee service when required
* Managing bookings, functions, and customer experience
* Monitoring stock, ordering, and cost control
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing, and OH&S standards
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor role

Skills & Knowledge:

* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Solid experience in bartending and beverage service
* Barista skills with the ability to support coffee service when needed
* Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and workflow
* Experience with rostering, stock control, and reporting

Attitude:

* Professional, organised, and hands-on
* Customer-focused with a positive and proactive approach
* Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Availability: Evenings, weekends, and public holidays required

Certification:

* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential
* Food Safety Certification (preferred)
