Our Defence and National Security business unit is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the execution of change management activities and deliverables for a programme.
As a Change Manager, you will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new tools and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting impact analyses to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
* Designing and delivering engaging training programmes (where necessary) and communication materials to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
* Proactively identifying and managing resistance to change, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support to stakeholders.
* Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
* Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on progress.
Experience in leading change initiatives within a complex programme is essential. You must have strong communication skills and be able to lead and motivate a team.
