Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in support of critical modernisation and electronic warfare capability. As an expert in the field, you have a passion for contributing to the full product lifecycle from initial concept through to testing, production, and ongoing support.
You will be responsible for analysing and troubleshooting complex electronic issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and sourcing and evaluating electronic components. You will also contribute to design reviews, technical specifications, and project planning, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in the field
* Strong expertise in electrical engineering or software engineering standards, specifications, and best practices
* Working in EW and defence experience is preferred
* Experience with quality assurance, testing, and validation
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
* An understanding of Electronic Warfare
* Defence experience (Uniformed, APS or Contractor)
* AGSVA security clearance – NV 1 (minimum) with ability to obtain NV2 is required
