We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose in "Building A Future We Can All Trust".We currently have an opportunity open for a HSE Advisor at the Services and Support, Eagle Farm site. Reporting to the HSE Manager, this role will assist in providing advice, leadership, hands-on support and administration to assist in the improvement, promotion and education of HSE and regulatory compliance on multiple S&S sites. Deliverables will include establishing a desirable HSE culture, reducing risks, compliance and contributing to a professional and effective HSE team/system. This role has significant administration and systems management responsibilities so good written communication and computer skills are essential.**About You*** You must have completed certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and have a genuine passion and interest in this field.* You are comfortable interacting with employees at all level of the business from shop floor to management.* You have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.* You are proactive, communicate well and have the ability to motivate and influence others.* Solid computer skills and proficient in Excel & Microsoft office.* Good written and verbal communication.**Good to Know**You'll get an email acknowledgement after you've applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants.As part of our standard process you will complete police, medical, employment and reference checks.As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
